Portsmouth Gin Tasting Masterclass we have got the start of your evening covered ladies! This Gin session was made for hen parties who love delicious drinks and nibbles before her last night of freedom. If the bride’s a bit of a gin enthusiast, she’s going to love teasing her taste buds with over 20 well known gins on the menu!

With an onsite brewery, quirky and cosy scene settings, it’s guaranteed to go down a treat with everyone from the hen to her future sister in-law. Gin tasting has hen party stamped all over it!
All you need to do is make sure that the girls arrive at the venue at the time of our reservation where you will be met by your very own Ginspert!! You will go on a journey through the origins of gin and the distillery process, we need to know where this good stuff comes from. The ginspert will give you a brief explanation of each gin and give you top tips on how to detect various botanicals and taste notes. You will be able to distinguish between several different gins! Master the art of mixing different tonics and discover how to garnish like an absolute pro.
The class will finish with each person choosing their favourite gin from the session and enjoying this alongside a scrumptious meal to soak up that afternoon alcohol. The menu you will choose from is seasonal and varied with options that can include fish and chips, variety of burgers and vegetarian alternatives. To gin or not to gin?
