You've played netball. Now it's time for something faster and dirtier: Newcastle Dodgeball! Newcastle hen dos tend to get pretty messy. Before you hit the Diamond Strip, Osborne Road or Bigg Market, get all fired up with a dodgeball tournament.
The girls will be buzzing on adrenaline after 60-90 minutes of play. We'll sort dodgeball court hire, an instructor, and a ball. Just pack team spirit, a pair of trainers, and a towel. It's going to get competitive, a bit sweaty, and very exciting!
No experience? Doesn't matter. The instructor will get you into teams, explain the rules, and get the party started with a straightforward game of dodgeball. Newcastle hen dos are never tame! Team games don't get much wilder than dodgeball! When you've warmed up and got your heads in the game, the instructor will mix things up with a couple of variations to keep you on your toes.

Absolutely hilarious, it'll give you a little taste of what it's like to play dodgeball. Fancy dress is optional but this is a Newcastle hen do - it has to be done, surely? Dust off the team strip and bring it.
