A brilliant ice breaker and loads of fun, this hour-long session will teach you the basics and a fab routine for the finale. You'll have plenty of smokin' hot new moves to show off in the bars and clubs of Puerto Banus later on. The bars on the second line won't know what's hit 'em when you lot rock up!
After a cheeky welcome drink to get you in the dancing mood, your lovely instructor will do a warm up and then get the party started. Discover the secrets and dazzling tricks behind successful pole and lap dancing. You'll be amazed how easy it is to pick up the basic moves.
Your group will learn how to grip the pole, walk around it and perform simple spins, moves, floor work and transitions. Classes are tailored to suit each hen party, so don't worry about keeping up.
The lap dancing section of the class will show you how to perform killer moves that will have your partner eating out of your hand. Nail the grinding circle and the turn. Smash the slap and tickle, and get the body slide spot on.
You'll be able to say you learned lots when you were off on your jollies - and when your other half asks you what you brought back - you can give a sexy demo rather than handing over something you picked up from duty free!
