Get the green tights out, girls! We're off to a Malta Archerymasterclass on your hen weekend. Master this ancient art on an island famed for her medieval walls, forts, temples, churches and luscious countryside. Shrouded in myth and legend, Malta is ideal for archery. Try shooting at static targets before grabbing safety bows and arrows and tracking each other!
Anyone can have a go at archery, which makes it particularly good for a hen party. Beginners and those with previous experience are welcome.
Learn all about stance and posture, nail the nock, set up your shot, draw, load, aim, expand, release and follow through. That's it! The basic archery shot is pretty simple. You'll be up and shooting in under an hour.
Once you've smashed the fixed targets, it's time to have a little fun! You might be able to hit the bullseye when it's not moving but can you hit a weaving, ducking and dodging target? Shoot your friends and battle it out to be crowned Maid Marian of Malta!
