Here at Hen Weekends we do everything for your hen party, but we love helping in every aspect of your wedding celebrations. So, we are here to help you find the perfect wedding venue by showcasing some top venues throughout the year across the country. To kick us off we have been in contact with Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club at the famous Trent Bridge. Read below to see what they have to say in answer to some of the most popular questions when looking for a wedding venue.
Brief description of venue and types of rooms below:
The romance of Trent Bridge, like most great romances in English history, began not in a flowery meadow or by a babbling brook. It began in a pub. William Clarke fell in love with the land lady of the Trent Bridge Inn and a year after marrying her and moving in around 1837, he’d started hosting cricket matches in the field around the back.
Whether you’re a pair of cricket lovers or simply seeking a venue that’s less cliché and more charm, we’d fondly love to make your day the latest chapter in our rich, romantic history.
We have a variety of rooms from atmospheric and ornate, packed with character and cricketing memorabilia to sophisticated and contemporary hosting magnificent views of the ground.
