The night before the big day…

There are many things to remember the night before the wedding to make sure you're fuelled and ready to go on the biggest day of your life. To make sure you can last until the end, and you're not the first to bed. We have listed a few things to consider the night before:

1. Eat a healthy nutritious meal! A healthy meal will help you from feeling bloated with a food hangover on your big day.

2. Pack a clutch bag ready for after the wedding. Pass this on to your bride tribe to look after and have ready for you later when you need it.

3. Don't forget to drink water. Avoid dehydration as headaches is not what you want on this day.

4. Make sure you get a good night's sleep. It will be so exciting, and you may feel like a 4 year old at Christmas not being able to sleep, but this will have huge effects the next day if you're tired. Get to bed at a decent hour.

5. Say goodbye to social media & the world. Turn your phone off. It's about you now.

6. Pack the reception car. Any bags, shoes or boxes you will need at the reception have them ready to go in the car the night before, so you don't have to think about it the next day whilst your trying to calm your nerves.

7. Put together your survival kit. Gather a bunch of must have items and put them in a bag. Plasters, safety pins, hair bands, hair grips and maybe some nail varnish.

8. Cute but soppy. Write a love note to your groom. To remind him that they are the love of your life.

9. Flip flops. These may save you! For when it's 9pm and you can't last in your heels any longer.

10. Treat yourself to a manicure or pedicure. Get a fresh set of nails for the big day. Why not add in a massage to pamper yourself.

11. Thank your bridal party and family members. Before the big day make sure you say thank you to those who have helped and supported you in planning your wedding.
