Vilnius has been declared the cheapest European city break for 2015! A new survey from Post Office Travel also named Budapest and Dubrovnik as best budget hotspots. If you want a cheapie break for a hen weekend, head for the Lithuanian capital or get the skinny on one of the other cities that made the list.
