We'll set you up with a dedicated mixologist at one of the most upmarket hotel bars in the city. He'll make sure you're all comfy when you arrive and get the fizz flowing. When everyone's warmed up, you'll get a crash course on using bar tools like stirrers, mixers, shakers, shot measures and different glasses. Whew!
With your experience you'll learn how to make (and drink) three cocktails each. The barman will demo each long drink, then it's your turn to pair up and jump behind the bar to try your hand at mixing them up. Discover how to muddle mint for your mojito, build over ice and blend juices, mixers and spirits in the perfect quantities for lip-smacking concoctions.
Try each others creations, get a bit squiffy before a big night out and have a giggle in swish surroundings. The only question left is which of you will be crowned Cocktail Making Queen of Cardiff?
