Feel your heart pound as you step forward and line up your first shot. The feeling of firing an arrow for the first time is intense. But first, you need to learn a few of the basics. You'll be shooting with training bows, which are lighter and more user-friendly than competition ones.
Your instructor will guide you through how to stand, raising, drawing, loading your bow, lining up your shot and releasing the arrow. Start with traditional targets, then see if you can trigger an exploding one! Which hen will be at the top of the leaderboard when the scores come in?
