Start your day off with the ultimate VIP treatment! On arrival at the venue you'll be greeted with a glass of Prosecco - get acquainted with a toast to the woman of the hour and devour delectable pastries or canapes. When you've eaten your fill it's time to get competitive so don those aprons, split yourselves into teams and get your bake on! You and the girls will pick two mouth-watering treats to bake with a delicious choice of dishes from gooey chocolate fondant to the infamous Genoise sponge cake, profiteroles filled with silky creme patisserie to Italian meringue macaroons. All you will have to decide is which two desserts you want to make!
If you haven't baked anything more elaborate than a packet of ready-made brownie mix don't panic! A talented chef will be on hand during your lesson to give you expert tuition and helpful tips! Blend and whip your way to perfection. When your bakes are in the oven you'll be treated to a divine lunch in the private dining room with free flowing wine, beer and soft drinks. Once lunch is over its back to the workshop to decorate your culinary creations and then the judging begins. EEEK! There's a special prize for the winning team but don't worry there are no real losers on your day as everyone gets to enjoy your amazing cakes. Yum!
