After arriving at the venue, your hen party will be taken through an energising warm up session. Then, it's straight to the pom pom routines! Your instructor will guide you through cheers that incorporate the brides name. If you're feeling adventurous, we can even have your choreographer include stunting elements for a bit of a vertical challenge!

Absolute beginners and more advanced movers are welcome, since this type of class caters to all skill levels. Feel free to bring your own cheerleading outfits and do the fancy dress thing! Just remember to tell the girls to bring trainers.
