A mixologist will be on hand to show you how it's done. Your session will start with a free welcome drink to get everyone in the mood. After a brief intro to the history of cocktails, it's full steam ahead with a demo and a few cool cocktail tricks. When you've got a feel for how cocktails are made, your group will unleashed behind the bar to mix things up!
After creating two classic cocktails, you'll get the chance to design your own. Now it's time to get squiffy. Each class ends with a tasting session, where you can sample the fruits of each other's labours.
