After a welcome and a quick warm up, your super friendly and patient instructor will get the party started with some simple walks. All of the instructors at the studio are great with hens and your lovely lady will soon have your lot strutting, pouting and spinning 'round.
You'll be surprised by how simple some of the basic spins are. You'll nail the chair spin in minutes, and the fireman is nice and easy, as well. Before you know it, you'll have progressed to the appropriately named stag spin and on to the side spiral.
