Ladies, place your bets! A day out with the ladies at a Horse Racingevent means fabulous hats, amazing outfits and killer shoes - and of course the chance to swell the hen party kitty with some cleverly placed flutters. The question is, are you going to work out a foolproof system for beating the odds: or will it be a fiver on the horse with the best name in each race?

A day at the races is a perfect activity for a hen party. Where else can you reasonably drink champagne in posh frocks before it's even midday? See, be seen, mingle with the high fliers and the racecourse characters, and make the most of your wardrobe!

Take risks: if you win you'll be happy, if you lose you'll be wise.

There are plenty of well-stocked bars in the racecourse stadia, plus you'll find loads of special champagne stalls, restaurants and snack stands. Have a wander, stop off for a celebratory glass of bubbles with your GFs, and spend some time studying the race card. You'll need your system in place in time for the first post!

Horse Racing events of varying lengths go on for most of the afternoon.
